THE EXCISE TAX PROBLEM
Starting October 1, 2022, all newly manufactured or imported vaping products that contain e-liquid must be affixed with a Canadian Excise Stamp.
The problem is, some distribution partners are failing to provide retail locations with adequate information detailing their exchange policy.
As a result, hundreds of licensed vape shops across Canada will be forced to discard unsold products as of January 1, 2023.
Environmental Concerns
As a result of the new regulations, thousands of e-liquid products, and thousands of tons of plastic and lithium-ion will be discarded, sometimes improperly.
Licensed Vape Shops
Licensed Vape Shops across Canada will have to disposable of thousands of dollars worth of products starting January 1, 2023.
Retail Customers
Retail customers will have to face product shortages due to lack of Excise Stamps, or due to lack of funding as a result of the disposal of perfectly working merchandise.
THE SOLUTION
What we need.
The world is a cold place, sometimes.
As much as your distribution partner loves your business, no one likes to take the additional logistic cost of handling more returns than needed.
What we need is a licensed Vaping Product Manufacturer who is able to successfully remanufacture your products and prepare them for sale, legally in Canada by issuing an Excise Stamp.
